Good afternoon, I was asked to check with you about Avid Pro Tools Studio Upgrade Perpetual.
Will the upgrade work under the following conditions?
- In the Avid account there is an option "PT Studio Perpetual Annual Updates + Support - RENEWAL"
- The ilok key with PT licenses was lost more than 7 years ago
- Access to ilok account is present
- Do I need to surrender previous PT licenses when upgrading? Does ilok need a key that is lost?
