Besides dobro and acoustic guitar, what kind of electric Guitars, amps, effects are used for melodic Western country Blues the ones that are in minor keys and usually with depressing or sad lyrics. One guitar effect I can definitely hear is tremolo. But everything else I don’t know, and there are no videos on YouTube only songs with album covers.
