Bitwig • Bitiwig 5.2 beta not picking up existing preferences and settings [Windows]

Since the transition to the MSIX installer in betas 7, 8, and 9, Bitwig is not picking up any of preexisting preferences. ASIO I/O setup, template locations, keybindings, recent projects are all back to clean install. I wrote to the beta team, but so far there has been no response. Rebuilding the preferences from scratch would require a serious investment of time.

Has anyone figured out a way to quickly restore the settings?
