u-he • Presets in Bitwig

Using Bitwig 5.2 and their browser on Windows 11, when I try to use their browser to select a preset for Bazille, I get the message I've attached. I can see how this could easily be a problem for Bitwig, but thought I would try U-He first, considering the tight working relationship between the companies. I'm currently using the VST3 version of Bazille and not the .clap
