Instruments • Middle C is in the wrong position on my Komplete Kontrol MK2 S88 keyboard

I am new into this forum, nice to be among you, can any confirm or deny the issue with Native midi controller Komplete Kontrol S88 MK2. The issue is the middle C does not align with the C4 but instate it is saying C3! your help will be appreciated
