Need a quick bit of assistance. I've seen this discussed before in the forum but for the life of me can't find the post again. Basically what I want to do is when playing back a midi track for the corresponding midi notes to appear as it played live on the Linnstrument itself.
This just makes it much easier to learn new progressions/midi parts or even revisiting older projects if I've forgotten how to play something.
I know the Ableton Push does this automatically over USB and the Pads will light up showing what notes are playing in real time however I'm unsure how to achieve this with the Linnstrument, I'd imagine I'd need to run a midi cable perhaps from my interface to the midi input on the Linnstrument? And route the midi track to it? Or is there an easier way to implement this?
