Instruments • wave alchemy - no customer service

Hello all,

I've purchased Triaz on September 9, and I contacted Wave Alchemy the day after to return it as I was not satisfied with it. According to the website they give you one week to contact the customer service for returns. I got no response to my message. I wrote other two times but again no response in the last 20 days.

Did anyone else have a bad experience with their customer service?
