Acon Digital • Updates policy

I'm a happy customer of Acon Digital and I own DeVerberate 3, Verberate 2 and Restoration Suite 2, that is DeNoise, DeHum, DeClick, DeClip. I also have Multiply.

Out of curiosity, I went to my account on the Acon Digital webpage to check the update offers dedicated to me, and the results were quite unexpected:

- there is a strange offer to update from DeVerberate 1 to DeVerberate 3, which I already own (I had bought DeVerberate 1 previously, then DeVerberate 2, which later I upgraded to 3)

- on the other hand, I was expecting some sort of upgrade discount to upgrade to the two Acoustica products, provided I already own a lot of the latest plug-ins which are now part of Acoustica (DeVerberate 3, Verberate 2, DeNoise, DeHum, DeClick, DeClip), but there was nothing with regard to that.

Have Acon Digital thought about introducing some upgrading pattern of this kind? I know that Acoustica is much more than those plug-ins I already own, but, if in the future I decide to buy Acoustica, would I have to pay for those plug-ins again?

Genuine question to have the right expectations, not a complaint, absolutely (I really love the Acon products, they are great!).
