The Transfer ID yields three separate serial numbers:

• Komplete 9 (base license)
• Komplete 12 Standard Update (I went straight to 12 from 9)
• Komplete 13 Standard Update

The NI registration support team has already approved the transfer request. When payment is received via PayPal, I will send the Transfer ID to the new owner so they can complete the license import process:
